John M. Williams, D.D.S. 
Dr. John Williams is the owner of Headwinds Solutions Minnesota.  A licensed general dentist and forensic odontologist, he knows first-hand the frustrations of purchasing supplies and equipment, and has set out to ease those frustrations for others. 

In addition to memberships in traditional dental organizations (the American Dental Association, the Minnesota Dental Association, the Minneapolis District Dental Society and the National Dental Association), Dr. Williams is a committed participant in many other professional associations.  He is president of the American Society of Forensic Odontology, as well as a member and fellow in the American Academy of Forensic Sciences.  Dr. Williams is a member of the Region V Disaster Mortuary Operational Response Team (DMORT).  As a member of the Minnesota Disaster Dental Identification Team, he volunteered his expertise in New York City after the 9/11 disaster.  In 2002 he was appointed by the governor to serve on the Metropolitan Airports Commission.

Kim Ballentine 
Kim Ballentine is sales manager/vice president of sales for Headwinds. Her sales career began in the television industry as an account executive for CBS, ABC, and FOX affiliates. Her affinity towards medicine and healthcare evolved into pharmaceutical sales, having worked for Johnson & Johnson, TAP, Novartis, Pharmacia, Pfizer and Bostwick Laboratories with various awards and accomplishments, including several presidents’ clubs. Her training includes more than 18 medications and various health ailments. She has more than 19 years of sales and account management experience.

Kim studied journalism, radio and television in the Midwest at Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville for undergraduate and graduate studies in media management at the University of Missouri – Columbia, School of Journalism, respectively. She studied abroad in Southeast Asia for international business. She is a guest lecturer at the University of Minnesota, an Ambassador for the American Heart Association and volunteers at various community non-profits.
